Tube Manufacturing

Our highly experienced team are able to manufacture tubes in a variety of forms with sizes ranging from 0.1 mm up to 90 mm. Wall thicknesses of 0.3 mm to 9.5 mm can be achieved dependent on the grade of material and cross sectional area. Lengths of up to 6 metres can be manufactured as well as tube in coil (bunch, pancake and level wound)

Customers own material can also be redrawn to smaller diameters – or even altered in shape according to your specific needs.

With a team of skilled staff we are able to straighten tube by hand and machine achieving lengths of up to 7 metres in most circular and non-circular forms.

Product Testing

Extensive in house testing facilities allow mechanical and non-destructive testing of material. Testing offered includes ultrasonic testing, eddy current and pressure testing (both hydrostatic & pneumatic).

Machining

Amari Precision Tubes can offer precision machined components in a wide variety of alloys – manufactured to your drawings.

Heat Treatment

Lengths of up to 6 metres can be heat treated, with the capabilities to meet specific customer requirements. Heat treatment is carried out in rolling and batch furnace.

Supply Chain Management

We offer a full range of Supply Chain Management solutions including stockholding and call off facilities, inventory control and material scheduling - helping you reduce your stockholding overhead.
